The mission of The University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences is to improve health in the communities and region we serve.
We do this by educating excellent clinicians and scientists, by providing patient centered and high-quality care and by producing nationally recognized research in focused areas.
Founded in 1964, the College has blossomed into an academic health sciences center. The University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences is located on the Health Science Campus, the core of academic medical operations. This campus is also home to the University of Toledo Medical Center, a major patient-care referral and teaching facility, the College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, the College of Nursing.
