Summary
On Wednesday, September 13, 2023, the Cardi-OH Collaborative convened 130 stakeholders for a FY24 Virtual Planning Meeting to identify high priority activities for the statewide Collaborative over the next two years.
Individuals in attendance hailed from Ohio’s seven medical schools participating in the Cardi-OH Collaborative along with Ohio's Regional Quality Improvement Hubs, the Ohio Department of Medicaid, the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center, Ohio's Medicaid Managed Care Plans, and key community and professional organizations.
The feedback and insights gained from the half-day meeting's breakout sessions will be used to strategically align and guide Cardi-OH's work in the years to come. Thank you to our incredible partners and thought leaders for making the event a success!
